Wrapping-up the Fourth of July weekend, most of us will have to contend with more in the way of cloud cover and perhaps a scattered thundershower or two. It will also be noticeably cooler today, with highs in the upper-70s (some 10-degrees below average). Improvements are on the way though, as High Pressure builds into the area, beginning tomorrow. This will bring with it sunshine and temperatures in the mid-to-upper 80s through mid-week, with 90-degree heat and humidity returning to the forecast by Thursday and Friday of next week, along with scattered showers and thunderstorms into the weekend.
