Sunshine and temperatures near 70-degrees will be rule of thumb throughout the remainder of this afternoon. Breezy southwest winds will subside later this evening, with more sunshine and highs expected again in the lower-70s Sunday. Unseasonably warm readings continue into Monday before a slight chance for rain enters the picture Tuesday. We'll see a slight cool down by the middle of next week. Have a great weekend!
