Routine will change the next few days going to a trade show in Gatlinburg the next few days.

NOV. 10 -14

I have had to pretty much had to put my program on hold. Even though I have probably actually walked twice as far as normal for my workout with the condo at the trade show being 1 mile from the convention center, I have found it next to impossible to find time to go to the weight room or not be tempted by all the fine restaurants in town here in Gatlinburg. With all the walking at the trade show I still managed to maintain my weight at 360 lbs despite no diet enforcement.

Nov. 15-25

I have totally been off program. While in Gatlinburg I have managed to come down with the worst cold or flu I have ever had since I was a kid.

And to add to matters I had my only daughter’s wedding to contend with over the weekend. No work outs or diet program through this period.

In fact I gained weight on the Nov.21 weigh in to a tune of 363. Sunday of the 25th I finally felt like starting the program again. Hope to be back on track this week.

--------------------------------------------

Actually I have been on this routine for 2 weeks before I started the Allen challenge. I had dropped approximately 8 lbs. when I weighed in oct.31.

For a little history on my weight problem.

I have always Played hard and worked hard. And stayed a solid 250lbs. In 1999 I dropped a 3 pack a day cigarette habit cold turkey and parked myself in the office.

I quickly went to a whopping weight of 370lbs. over a 2 year period. I Then went on a extreme weight lifting program and walking and running program.

I was lifting 3 hrs a week with 40 minutes a day of cardio. And walking 3 miles and running 2 miles a day. I beat my weight down to 280lb. and was pretty bulked up.

I then had a health issue with kidney stones and lost my work-out drive by the time I got better and quickly re-gained my weight back. When I reached my all time weight high of 372 a couple weeks ago I knew it was time to get serious again.

This time I hope to maintain my weight loss.
