I just went to Total Fitness and weighed in after my first week of the challenge. I matched Chris Allen’s first week weight loss of 7 lbs.!


My loss so far is basically from more sensible eating, not overeating and ensuring that I drink plenty of water each day. I do have an elliptical exercise machine at home and have done some on it but my plan is to increase that to 30 to 40 minutes each day this coming week. My goal is an additional 5 pounds this week.
