I am currently working on a story about the Greenwood - Bowling Green soccer match tomorrow night, and it got me thinking, what do you all think are some of the biggest/best rivalries in the area?

I know a big one is Bowling Green-Warren Central in football, and this year will be no different, both teams are playing great.

There is something to a good rivalry, even if one of the teams aren't having a great season. The teams usually play a little harder and fans are typically a little more passionate. In my opinion, there is nothing better in sports than a really good rivalry.

I'll watch a college football or college basketball rivalry between two teams I could care less about, but those games tend to be the more exciting games to watch.

When your team wins, you get bragging rights.

When they lose, you want to find a rock to hide under.
