Have you heard about “The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch? It became a huge hit on the internet, being viewed by millions across the world. The lecture’s popularity spawned a book that is still on the best seller’s list. Last week, Randy Pausch lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. ABC aired a special “Primetime” this past Tuesday, remembering him.

Randy said, “We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand.” We all have the same fate. Randy Pausch was a reminder that our time is short. My faith, my wife, and my kids are my life. Randy would have given anything for more time with his family. He reminds us to not sweat the small stuff, have a better attitude, work hard, play hard, be passionate, love every moment with our family and friends, and don’t take time for granted.
