Bowling Green police are asking for your help in solving a 1999 murder. Around 10:30 p.m. on the evening of Oct. 17, 29-year-old Kevin Ragland was shot in front of his home at 1341 Chestnut Street.
Police say Ragland had been arguing with someone outside his apartment when the gunshot ran out. Ragland was rushed to a nearby hospital, but died a short time later from a single gunshot wound to the neck. By revisiting this homicide, police hope you might be able to provide them with clues, which may bring the murder suspect to justice.
