Bowling Green Police say businesses in the Scottsville Road, Hartland, Bryant Way, and Greenwood areas were hit by the Lock Twist Burglar over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. They say the burglar twists the mortise cylinder lock right off the door after businesses lock up for the night.
But authorities say you can effectively lock out the Lock Twist Burglar by installing an anti-spin ring on your locks. They're available at your local locksmith.
