On Wednesday January 7, 2009, a white male knocked on the door of an elderly female’s residence on Stevenson Road in Franklin, saying he was there to do roof repair.
Before leaving, the suspect stole three checks from the 95-year-old woman's checkbook. One of the stolen checks was cashed by a subject identified as Michael Allison, Sr. Allison is wanted in Simpson County in connection with a prior scam.
