Crime Stoppers: Church Theft

Bowling Green Police are investigating a burglary and theft from a local church. Early Wednesday morning, April 8, the Crossland Community Church and Rent-A-Center at 600 U.S. 31W Bypass were burglarized. Two black males entered the church and stole a dark brown leather couch and loveseat, a coffee table and end table, a clock and CD player. The men then tore through the wall into Rent-A-Center. They attempted to steal three laptop computers but left them behind. Surveillance video shows an older black male with a white towel around his neck inside the store. Authorities are hoping someone can identify this man.

If you have information about this or any other crime, call the Bowling Green-Warren County Crime Stoppers at 781-CLUE, or click here to go to their website. You could get up to $1,000 for your anonymous tip.
