During the week of January 18, a black male attempted to obtain several prescriptions for Oxycodone, using a stolen and forged prescription pad.

The suspect is described as a black male in his late twenties to mid-thirties, slender build, wearing a dark coat with an orange liner.

He went into several Bowling Green pharmacies with the forged prescription, but was unsuccessful in illegally obtaining the drugs.

Authorities are hoping someone recognizes him from the surveillance video.
