Crime Stoppers: All-Terrain Vehicle

Someone apparently likes four-wheeling so much they stole a vehicle to do it.

That's the story in this edition of "Crime Stoppers."

The theft took place one week ago tonight and we have a surveillance video of the suspect in the Aug. 15 "Crime of the Week."

Bowling Green Police are investigating the theft of an all-terrain/utility vehicle.

At around 2 a.m. on Aug. 9, a 2007 green Polaris Ranger was stolen from Big Country Powersports on Nasvhille Rd.

Surveillance video captured an image of a white male wearing a white shirt and blue jeans taking the Ranger, valued at $8,000.

The suspect pushed the ATV outside the fenced area, where it's believed a trailer was waiting.

Authorities think the suspect had an accomplice waiting outside the fence.

If you know anything about this ATV theft, please call "Crime Stopper's" at 781-CLUE or click here to get to the Crime Stopper's website.

You could get up to $1,000 for your tip.

And as your friends at BGMU say "Crime doesn't pay, Crime Stopper's does."

Remember, "Crime Stopper's" calls are not recorded and they do not use caller i.d.

They just want your information, not your name.
