Also this week, Kentucky State Police are investigating damage to an Edmonson County church.
Sometime between Monday, Aug. 13 and Wednesday, Aug. 15, someone did burn-outs in the parking lot of the Chalybeate United Baptist Church at 700 Chalybeate School Rd.
Whoever did, accelerated to such high speeds that the tires actually dug holes into the lot before they shredded, leaving pieces of melted rubber and wire strewn across the parking lot.
Evidence shows the suspect replaced the tire with a mini-spare and then left the scene.
