Sometime between Sunday evening, June 20 and Wednesday, June 23, the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Washington Street was burglarized.

Burglar(s) entered the church and discharged a fire extinguisher on all
the pews in the sanctuary. The piano was turned over and damaged, and a sound system was stolen.

This is the second burglary at the church in recent weeks. Earlier, burglar(s) broke into the church and stole some historical items.
