U.S. Bank Robbery Leaves Authorities Searching for Suspect

Bowling Green police say, around 1 p.m., a man entered the U.S. Bank, on Louisville Rd., walked up to the teller window and demanded money.

He then fled the scene on foot and ran to a waiting vehicle.

The "getaway" vehicle is described as a small, late 90s, champagne colored four-door car.

A white female with a long-ponytail and a white male wearing a white t-shirt were waiting the car.

The robbery suspect is believed to be a white male in his 20s or 30s,
6-feet tall, with a light beard.

The suspect did not appear to be carrying a weapon and he got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Anyone with information is asked to call Bowling Green Police at 393-4000 or Crime Stoppers at 781-CLUE.
