Crime Stoppers: Tri-State International Trucks Burglary

Officials estimate more than $15,000 in tools were taken.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) -- Bowling Green Police say during the overnight hours of Sunday March 30 and Monday April 1, someone burglarized Tri-State International Trucks on Parker Avenue.

Police believe the thieves cut the chain link fence behind the business and broke a window to gain access to the building. Once inside, the burglars stole tools from seven different work stations, a limited edition Snap-on tool box, and an HP mini-laptop computer.

Officials estimate more than $15,000 in tools were taken. Most of the tools are Snap-on" brand, but a few are Mac tools, and Matco tools. Most of them were engraved with the employees' initials.
