Both departments say in the month of December, a man called several beauty salons in Franklin and Bowling Green, making some disturbing comments.

Police say the man called from a blocked cell phone number and asked employees for special services from the salon. Over the course of a couple of days, the man then called back to all of the salons, told them he was watching them, and described clothing the employees were wearing.
