(SCOTTSVILLE) -- Allen County Sheriff's Deputies say on February 24 they arrested Gabimael Garcia on Valleyview Drive in Scottsville for contacting a 14-year-old female to have sex.

Garcia attended his first court date, but has not been seen since. It is believed Garcia has family ties still in Scottsville.
