Bowling Green Police say at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday October 12, the Hometown Cash Express in the 1700 block of the U.S. 31W Bypass was robbed at knife-point.
According to police, a black male entered the business, produced a large kitchen-type knife, and demanded cash.
The robber forced the employee to lie on the floor as he fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male approximately 40 years old. He was last seen wearing a Navy blue to black baseball cap, a red button-up shirt, and very thick glasses.
He is believed to have been seen in the Hometown Cash Express parking lot earlier in the day, accompanied by a short, heavy-set black woman in her 30's.
