On June 16th, Bowling Green Police were called to the First Security Bank on Cave Mill Road, where two black males robbed guards of an armored car as they were servicing the ATM.
Witnesses told police both men were wearing all black clothing and black masks. One of them was described as having braided hair.
After taking a money bag, the two men fled the scene in a gold Ford sedan described as a Taurus or Contour.
Officers believe the description of the men and the vehicle match another armed robbery they are investigating.
On June 11, two black males entered a convenience store on Morgantown Road, pointed a gun at the clerk and took money from the store. Witnesses say the men left in a Ford Taurus, and one of the men is described as having his hair in braids.
