Detectives say 44-year-old Greg Fowler went fishing at the Barren River Lake June 19, 1999, and was reported missing on June 20, 1999.

Fowler's boat was located a few days later near the 101 bridge on the Barren River. Fowler's van was found at Osborne Ford a few miles up river.
