On July 9, the Kentucky State Police and Warren County Sheriff's Department received a call that someone had been shot in a residence at 325 Hilton Way. When police arrived they found 30-year-old Shlatio Bell, from Bowling Green, shot to death in his home.

Investigators from the Kentucky State Police believe Bell was shot during the overnight hours of Thursday July 7 to Friday July 8. It is unknown how Bell's killer entered the home.

The Kentucky State Police would like you to contact them if you saw anyone or any vehicle that seemed suspicious in the area of 325 Hilton Way around July 7.
