The halls of the Christian County School District are a little quieter these days thanks to a program designed to get students to stop talking and start moving.
The new program, "Positive Behavior Supports," is being used throughout the school district.
The program encourages teachers to get out in the hallway and interact with students, instead of staying in their classrooms.
Teachers say it allows them to develop better relationships with their students.
So far, the results have been positive.
Fights and out-of-school suspensions have dropped significantly, while office referrals are up sharply.
