An area teacher gets $500 from WBKO and Leachman Buick GMC, to inspire her students as they prepare to leave high school.
Janet Martin is purchasing the book Seven Habits of Highly Effective People for her senior English students.
After they read the book, Janet is inviting seven diverse and successful Bowling Green High alumni to speak to her students.
"Maybe in the future, the students who are sitting here will come back and speak to my students about how they've implemented and done great things in their life," said Martin.
