Some students say they are looking forward to coming back to school.
"I'm just getting back into the routine. I'll be going to my classes for the first time and finding out who my teachers are," explained WKU Sophomore Kirk McCarty.
Classes on all of WKU's campuses are scheduled to be begin Aug, 27.
