It was an event made just for future moms and dads.

The Expectant Parent Fair was held Nov. 4 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.

The event provides an opportunity for dozens of vendors to offer their service to parents to be.

Even organizers say it's a perfect time to remind young parents that with the fun of a new baby coming comes a lot of learning and responsibility.

"There is a lot of information that they need to be aware of when they're expecting a baby. The more you can learn when you're pregnant, the easier it'll be when the baby arrives," explained Connie Dickson, educator at The Medical Center.

The Expectant Parent Fair also includes a tour of the facility where parents can see where their child will be born and treated.

The fair is held every spring and fall.
