Officials want to make sure all parents have access to quality childcare, parenting education, affordable health care, and substance abuse and mental health programs.
All this to cut down on the 908 cases of child abuse and neglect that were reported in the ten-count BRADD area last year.
"In Warren County alone, there were 260 children last year who were abused or neglected, and that's just not acceptable. There should not be one child in the community that has to suffer abuse and neglect."
