Officials from Bowling Green's census bureau took to the streets Friday to remind people it's not too late to fill out their census form.
They waved posters and signs to get people's attention as they drove by. And once they did, they encouraged them to spread the word about how important the census is to the community.
"When you fill out the census," said Vincent Louis, Junior, "it brings one, money back to the local community to help get the roads filled, education, build new schools, help improve the economy locally as well as on a national level."
Louis went on to say on April 10 residents will get another friendly reminder. Census signs will be posted on their front lawns.
