Best Buy has been busy since the Cash for Appliances program began.
Best Buy Appliance Specialist Tommy Wood says most customers have had their eyes set on a certain Energy Star appliance that could benefit their family.
"A lot of people have been interested in washers because that is a big save," he says. "It saves $100 for a big load washer or any type of Energy Star washer, a lot of people have been looking to that. Also freezers, air conditioners, and fridges."
