Hopeful winners were out today buying Powerball tickets.
Most of the lottery players say they have never won at Powerball, but thought it wouldn't hurt to see if Lady Luck would smile on them.
One player says she has a game plan for how she would spend the money if she wins.
"My kids come first," says Jennifer Goolesby, "so education probably takes precedence over a trip, but if I win big, then all the above, cars and everything."
