In Warren Circuit Court Monday, Sam Terry pleaded guilty to eleven counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued over $330, and an additional count of theft by failure to make required disposition of property valued over $300. The thefts occurred at the Hobson House.
The Commonwealth recommended a ten-year sentence that would be probated for five years, upon Terry serving 90 days in jail and restitution in the amount of $60,000. That sum must be paid in full prior to Terry's final sentencing before Judge John Grise September 28.
