Pastors at Living Hope Baptist Church in Bowling Green say they'll have regular service hours, but this Sunday's sermon will focus on the Last Supper and Easter's traditions.
Pastor Mark Gilliam says he wants people to remember what his church calls the real reason for the holiday.
"It's important to celebrate Easter in the way it's supposed to be celebrated because in the Christian faith, that's what gives us hope," he said. "The Bible says if he hasn't been raised, everything's worthless and we look like fools."
Gilliam says he welcomes everyone to attend Sunday.
Meantime, restaurants are gearing up for the big day as well. Managers at Buckhead Cafe in Bowling Green say they're expecting more customers than normal.
They'll be open from 10:30 a.m. till 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
