In September of 2009, the victim told state police, Charles Martin Stowers had raped her.

WBKO has learned a detective, and a doctor from a DNA lab in Dallas, Texas will testify in Warren Circuit Court tomorrow, that the DNA taken from Stowers and the victim are a match with tissue taken from the 12-year-old's miscarriage that resulted from the rape.

We're told the defense will play the girl's interview at the Child Advocacy Center, then decide if Stowers will take the stand.

Closing arguments could begin before lunch.
