Thursday a Warren Circuit Court jury found 57-year-old Leland Steven Burns guilty of Second Degree Manslaughter in the shooting death of 20-year-old Casey Olmsted in October of 2009.

Burns had been charged with murder, but the jury went with the lesser charge of manslaughter, and is recommending he serve a 10-year sentence.

Burns could be out on parole after serving only two years.
