It happened at the railroad crossing on Ray Houchin Road just outside Park City, where there is a yield sign but no caution lights.

After the collision, the train pushed the truck several hundred feet down the tracks. According to KSP, the truck caught fire, becoming engulfed in flames.

Edmonson County Coroner Michael Alexander says three people died.

We now know the names of the deceased.

The driver, Jeffery L. Cockrill, 42, of Fountian Run, and two of his passengers, Stephanie Cockrill, 34, of Fountain Run, and Samantha Coulter, 28, of Adolphus were killed.

Alexander also says there was one survivor, John Coulter, 31, of Adolphus, who was flown to the University of Louisville hospital.

His condition is not yet known.

The crash is under investigation by KSP and CSX officials.
