Kathy Michelle Coy is charged with murder, two counts of kidnapping, tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest.
Prosecutors say on April 13, Coy tied Jamie Stice's hands, slit her throat and wrists, and cut her unborn baby out of her. The baby survived.
Warren Commonwealth Attorney Chris Cohron says they may still seek the death penalty against Coy after her mental evaluation is complete.
