Thomas Pendleton Jr., 82, of Russellville, died Oct. 2, 2012, at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital.

Funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and begins at 8 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
