Joyce Cassady Chism, 66, of Cave City, died Oct. 3, 2012, at a Glasgow nursing home.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday at Patton Funeral Home, Park City chapel, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home
