Gail A. Phelps, 63, of Bowling Green, died Oct. 7, 2012, at her residence.

Memorial service is at 11 a.m. Friday at Highland Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Friday at the church. J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
