Kenneth Earl Marshall, 71, of Russellville, died Oct. 9, 2012, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.

Funeral is at 1 p.m. Friday at Young Funeral Home, Russellville chapel. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday.
