Funeral Home: J.C. Kirby and Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane Chapel
Mollie Alice Walker Fowler, 80, of Bowling Green, passed away at 4:03 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at The Medical Center.
The Lincoln County, Tenn., native was born April 28, 1932, and was the daughter of the late Sidney and Louella Miles Walker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Milton Fowler; a daughter, Kathy Fay Lewis; and a granddaughter, Anita Gayle Hittson.

Mollie was a retired housekeeper at The Medical Center. She was a loving mother and grandmother whose life centered around her family. She had a very special cat, “Kritter Sue,” and she passed away one year ago.
She is survived by three daughters, Shirley Guy (Robert) of Bowling Green, Amanda Hittson of Bowling Green and Deborah Goodwin (Blake) of Pensacola, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, Cindy Osaile (Brian), Sherry Fowler, Jeffrey Guy (Andrea), Dawn Arnett (P.J.), Eric Smith (Danielle), Tyler Smith, Marie Ellis (Derick), Jessica Ferrell, Jason Fowler (Christy), Wendy McPeak, Brad McPeak and Steven Wayne Hittson (Traci); eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a very special caregiver, Diane Richmond.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, with the funeral at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bowling Green Gardens.
