Teresa Melvin, 41, of Hardyville, died Nov. 9, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church, with burial in Pearl Webb Cemetery in Canmer. Visitation is at Brooks Funeral Home from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and at the church from 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of service.
