Robert G. “Bob” Lindsey, 81, of Bowling Green, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, in Bowling Green.
He was the son of the late Romer and Ruth McCombs Lindsey and the husband of Nancy Robinson Lindsey. He received a business administration degree from Georgetown College and a master’s in business administration from the University of Kentucky. He was a textbook sales representative for Hartcourt Brace Jovanovich, a Korean War Army veteran and a faithful member of Eastwood Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nancy Robinson Lindsey of Bowling Green; two daughters, Van Lindsey Inman (Kenneth) of Louisville and Suzanne Lindsey Holder (Raymond) of Shelbyville; a son, Robert Adam Lindsey (Linda) of Hodgenville; five grandchildren, Lindsey Inman, David Inman, Meredith Lindsey, Koy Lindsey and Alexandra Blake Holder; and a great-grandson, Campbell Davis Inman.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel. The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel, with burial to follow in Brownsville Cemetery.
