Luther C. Turner, 83, of Scottsville, died at 5:10 p.m. Nov. 19, 2012, at The Medical Center at Bowling Green.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today.
