William “Billy” Cotton, 47, died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, in Auburn.
The Franklin, Ind., native was born Sept. 7, 1964. He was the son of Willie May Lyle Hildreth of Bowling Green, who survives. He was a graduate of Bowling Green High School and was a plumber and had worked at Walmart Tire and Auto Center.
A private memorial service will be at a later date.
Survivors include his mother, Willie Mae Hildreth; a sister, Sharie Turano of Martinsville, Ind.; and three brothers, Rob Cotton of Omaha, Neb., Roger Dale Cotton of Bowling Green and Terry Cotton of Ormond Beach, Fla.
Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home.
