Martha Lou McDonald Phillips, 66, of Lebanon, Tenn., formerly of Scottsville, died Dec. 7, 2012, in Lebanon.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at Bethany Church of Christ. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Goad Funeral Home and begins at 10 a.m. Monday at the church.
