Pippin, Vernon D.

Vernon D. Pippin, husband of Mary Verna Alexander Pippin, formerly of Hiseville, passed on Dec. 8, 2012. Vernon resided in New Orleans and was retired from Noble Drilling Corp.

He was the stepfather of Mary Jo Richards Exposito and Darrell Richards; brother of Henry, Jimmy and Sammy Pippin; and grandfather to six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home on Wednesday starting at 10 a.m. with the funeral service at 1 p.m. Burial will be in the Hiseville Cemetery.
