Eva Forsythe, 91, of Morgantown, died Dec. 22, 2012, at the Hospice Center in Bowling Green.

Funeral is at 1 p.m. today at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitation is in progress at the church. Jones Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
