Frankie Rector Martin, 85, of Smiths Grove, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at her residence.
The Warren County native was a daughter of the late Clifton Rector and Venus Cox Rector and the wife of the late Beckham Martin Jr. She was preceded in death by a son, Beckham Martin III. She was an antique dealer for 50 years and a member of Oakland Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Chrystalee Lovell of Greenville and Laura Johns and her husband, Doug; a grandchild, John Lovell Jr. and his wife, Charity; four stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; 10 great-stepgrandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Martin of Alabama; two brothers, Harold Rectore and Elston Rector; three sisters, Sara Meisel, Patsy Watkins and Jeanette Estes and her husband, Earl Loyd; a sister-in-law, Ella Martin of Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakland Baptist Church, with burial at Smiths Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to the hour of service Friday at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Oakland Baptist Church or Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
