Mrs. Victoria Delores Kinjerski “Vicky” Stommel, 51, of West Liberty, formerly of Burkesville, passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, in Wolfe County as the result of an automobile accident.
She was born in Kewaunee, Wis., on Wednesday, July 12, 1961, the daughter of Michael and Juliet Koller Kinjerski. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church, was a pastor’s wife, a stay-at-home mom and encourager to all she knew.
She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Pattie Kinjerski.
She is survived by her husband, Pastor Gary Stommel of West Liberty; her parents, Michael and Juliet Koller Kinjerski of Kewaunee, Wis.; her daughter, Maleaha Stommel of Richmond; her son, Noah Stommel of St. Paul, Minn.; her siblings, Michael M. (and Chris) Kinjerski of Neenah, Wis., Stephen F. Kinjerski of Manitowoc, Wis., Juliet (and Rodney) Schleis of Kewaunee, Wis., Arnie (and Terry) Schuller of Evansville, Wis., Andrew Kinjerski of Kewaunee, Wis,, Christopher Kinjerski of LaCrosse, Wis., Louise Wolfe of Kewaunee, Wis., and Peter J. Kinjerski (and Lisa) of Kimberly, Wis., plus a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday at 6 p.m. at the New Life Assembly of God, 1423 Scottsville Road in Bowling Green, with Bro. Richard Van Huss officiating. The body will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
