Sally Foster Peay, 95, of Morgantown, died Dec. 28, 2012, at a Morgantown nursing home.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home, with burial in Rochester Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and begins at 8 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
